1.  Does Strapak come in different sizes?

Strapak features an adjustable shoulder strap to fit most sizes; teens and adults.

2.  How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift card is redeemable for retail merchandise only on-line at www.strapak.com by entering promotional code found on back of gift card at time of purchase.  Online purchases require a credit card.  Only one gift card may be redeemed per online transaction.  Gift card is not returnable or redeemable for cash.  Lost or stolen gift cards may be deactivated or replaced with a new gift card in the amount of the original value upon proof as required by Strapak. There are no service fees or expiration dates connected with the use of Strapak gift cards.


3. Does Strapak come with a guarantee?
 

Yes.  At Strapak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if you're not for any reason,

just send it back within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund less any gift card value that was discounted at time of checkout.

NOTE: Returned products must be in original / new condition in which received. (Unwashed, unused and undamaged).  To speed up your return please use the original shipping box and package materials and state reason for return.
